Dear Family and Friends,
 
Tonight is our last night of our series of meetings.  The week has flown by very quickly bringing happy results and some surprises.  For instance last night we had a young man at our church here at Nuzvid who was demon possessed.  Just before the time when we were to go on to the platform while the song service was on, this young man began to thrash and yell in his gutter sounds, throw himself on the floor, going stiff and yet flinging his arms.  Demon possession is always an ugly experience!  Many gathered around him and began to hold him down, superstitiously hold the Bible to his face and desperately pray.  One of the young man's sisters got me to come and pray as well.  Finally after he was calm, we went on the platform to officially start the program.  At the end of the meeting the same thing happened.  The devils were certainly angry at me for the young man tried to grab at me with his eyes glazing with full of anger.  After much prayer in the name of Jesus we he finally calmed down and we were able to see that he got delivered.  We got home about midnight.
 
The topic I preached on last evening was on the importance of tithe and offerings.  Hopefully many people grasped the full importance of this subject and began to realize that God is willing to bless them even if they are poor as they put faith in Him and are obedient in honoring Him with their tithe and offerings.  Tonight my last topic is on heaven and the new earth.  Tomorrow morning I have been asked to preach and we are having a baptism as well.
 
Last night the people from the various villages presented Nirmala, Joyce, and me with flower garlands and other gifts of flowers.  As you might imagine, our necks were loaded down as we had people coming from the seven villages who gave flowers.  After all of the flowers were given, I got up to preach at about 10 p.m. and spoke for about a half an hour.  Then we had the demon possession event mentioned above.
 
Yesterday morning we laid the foundation stone for the new church that is to be built for the poorer classes in Nuzvid.  Thanks to two generous donor families, one in America and the other right here in Nuzvid this new church building construction will be funded.  Joyce and I had a part in unveiling the new foundation stone which gave the needed information on it as to the date, donors and those who took part in the service.  Construction hopefully will begin very shortly.
 
Sunday morning we leave for Avanigadda to visit the school and church there.  It is planned to build a new church there with some classrooms underneath it.  From there we go to Ibrahimpatnum, Miryalaguda, and on to Hyderabad.  Our plane is to leave about 4 am Thursday morning.
 
The Lord has blessed each of our three series.  Each member has had a rich experience as we have worked together in bringing glory to God.  Thank you for your prayers.
